- VPN: moved to system/clearpilot/, SIGTERM graceful shutdown, keepalive
ping through tunnel, killall openvpn on disable, launched from
launch_openpilot.sh instead of continue.sh
- Disable gpsd and dashcamd temporarily for perf testing
