Update design docs with RHR competitor structural changes

- Property archive now includes map view (split layout)
- Added Community page template specs

- Enhanced footer with office hours, pro logos, license numbers

IMPLEMENTATION-PLAN.md v1.6:
- Added Phase 8: RHR Structural Enhancements
