HOW TO ADD DATA:

1. Open the Zillow listing in your browser
2. Edit the property.json file and fill in missing fields:
- bedrooms, bathrooms, square_feet
- lot_size, year_built, garage
- description (full listing description)
- mls_number (if available)
3. Save images to the images/ folder
- Name them: 01.jpg, 02.jpg, 03.jpg, etc.
- First image (01.jpg) will be the featured image
PROPERTY.JSON FIELDS:

title - Display title for the listing
status - "active", "pending", or "sold"
external_url - Link to Zillow/Homefinder listing
price - Number only, no $ or commas (e.g., 259900)
mls_number - MLS listing number if available
street_address - Street address only
city - City name
state - State abbreviation (MN)
zip_code - ZIP code
bedrooms - Number of bedrooms
bathrooms - Number of bathrooms (can be decimal like 1.5)
square_feet - Interior square footage
lot_size - Lot size as text (e.g., "0.25 acres")
year_built - Year built (e.g., 1965)
garage - "", "1", "2", "3", or "4+"
short_description - Brief tagline for cards (1-2 sentences)
description - Full listing description
property_type - "residential", "commercial", or "land"
features - Array of feature codes, e.g.:
["central_air", "fireplace", "hardwood_floors"]
Available features:
central_air, central_heat, fireplace, hardwood_floors,
updated_kitchen, updated_bathrooms, basement, finished_basement,
deck_patio, pool, fenced_yard, sprinkler_system, smart_home,
solar_panels, new_roof, new_windows, waterfront, lake_access
